| So I had alot of work done on my plenum, First thing I had done was have the upper and lower plenum, port matched and then I sent them off to be extrude honed. It took for ever to get my plenums back but the results were pretty nice. FYI I also did have my Heads intake and exhaust ports port matched as well I had some flow numbers on the actual Plenum and I think my balance was only off around 10 or 20 CFM from each other. Now a days there is a few more options. Personally I like Toms Plenum design, I would port match upper and lower plenum though, and port the runners as well especially with the larger throttle bodies he uses. I would intake chambers as big as possible. Real studies showed that on a least Supra I played with made over a 100RWHP from just going to the bigger intake manifold, also had in general a better powerband. We are talking about a 1100+RWHP setup tho.
